VENDOR EVENT REGISTRATION AND APPPLICATIONS
Welcome to the Spruce Pine Alien Vendor Event Registration Form. Vendors can fill out the form and send with questions or contact info. We are asking Vendors to decorate their booths for the Alien festival and have at least 3 to 4 items related to our Alien theme. Get creative and make merchandise that have Spaceships, UFOs, Aliens, Moons, Stars, Planets, Space, Sasquatch and Paranormal.
We are accepting applications until May 15th, 2024 for Alien Merchandise Vendors, Artists, Crafters, Non-Profits, Food Trucks, Food Vendors and Children’s activities.
This Event fills fast! Submit Applications early to avoid being put on a waiting list!!

Download and fill out an application or Vendor Event Registration. Vendors can submit applications to sell Alien Merchandise, Commercial items, Artist, Crafters, Food, Food Trucks or Non-Profits. We are interested in all types of vendors! Download your application or fill out the event registration form for consideration.
Booths Spaces available in all sizes and are located on Oak Avenue in downtown Spruce Pine, NC. Expected attendance between 20-25k thousand show guests will invade the town to shop and enjoy listening to the free Alien Music Festival at the Milky Way Main stage located at the High Country Arms Parking Lot on Oak Avenue.
Alien Enthusiasts will shop from some Stellar vendors selling Out-Of-This-World Alien Merchandise. There will be no shortage of handmade local arts & crafts to choose from. Visitors will sample celestial delights from the shows food trucks. Special Alien Menus are being made just for this event including Alien Pretzel bites, Planetary Pizza, Heavenly Hamburgers and more.
